Invex Gaming is getting revamped.
I would like to leave it it in a much more lively state.

Phase 1: Face lift

• Scope up work to do for revamp
  
• Clean up Website, Steam Group, Discord etc and other third party systems
  
• Review community ranks (promotions/demotions will happen)
  
• Review community direction
  

Phase 2: Transition

• Move to invex.gg domain
  
• Migrate website, domain, host and all linked services (this is a big step)
  

Phase 3: Build, Grow, Dominate

• Begin marketing/advertising to bring old/new players in
  
• Aquire new sponsor
  
• Aquire new Developers (important!!)
  
• Bring back Gaming servers (to be discussed further pending commitment from other members)
  
• Restart community events
  

Notes from Byte:

• I'd like to bring Invex back to a more playable state. I'll do as much as I can to get it close or closer but I guarantee nothing. A large part of this revamps success will depend on other members helping out when they can.
  
• Keeping my real life identity is no longer a concern to me. I am now happy to reveal my real name etc and it will be visible on my Github when I do Invex dev work. In the 4-5 years Invex has been running, literally nobody had ever figured out my identity despite multiple attempts, fake doxes etc except for by looking up historical ABN data which is pretty interesting. Add me on Facebook if you want! (pls no fake pizza orders though ty)
  

Legal stuff:

• All prior donations are obviously final. If you have perm VIP on a platform that was decommissioned, you are NOT entitled to a refund. If said server comes back, you will still have VIP etc. Permanent VIP may be transferable to other services at Staff discretion. We will try our best to be fair.
  
• Invex Gaming rebranding to Invex.GG domain (removing strong AU link to make our NZ players feel more at home) will not change the fact that Invex is legally registered as an Other Unincorporated Entity with ABN 89 102 923 986

If you guys have any questions or ideas for what you want Invex to become/turn into.
During the next 60 days is the best time to mention it.
The really fun stuff will happen in Phase 3.
