Hello, It has come to my attention that everyone on surf FFA Deathmatch ABUSES the M249, because it is basically the negev with the "weapon_accuracy_nospread 1" command. If you did not know, All of the weapons are 100% accurate and people are abusing it. May it be through jail camping or just spamming the hell out of it everywhere.
I would thoroughly suggest to maybe remove the M249 from the weapon choices just like the negev, because they are practically the same thing.

Just fly around with ak or m4

Im not 100% sure but i think only first 3-5 shot of the ak are accurate, and that " weapon_accuracy_nospread 1"maybe be edited, due to the fact that, sv_cheats needs to enabled to be able to use that command. So my guess is, it has been edited in sourcemod and maybe its only set to 1 because of the deagle and awp accuracy plugins. I may be wrong though and all guns could have 100% accuracy, but i really doubt that.
Wait for to commend but yeah not every weapon needs 100% accuracy for the reasons you mentioned.
Sometimes the awp 100% accuracy bugs out and now there is 100% for everything

Would the Surf FFA people prefer removing the accuracy modifier (only awp and deagle will have it but still have client/server mismatch) or just have the m249 removed completely?
People generally detest the M249 on FFA from what I've seen, removing it completely would be my guess.
Yeah from my experience on the FFA server, it would just be better to get rid of the M249
