I think he's referring to the shoutbox, since some rando just spammed a youtube link in huge font multiple times.

If they are accounts made soley to spam, they'll get bored eventually.
Takes 10 seconds to ban + remove all posts, as well as block temporary email address.
Takes them minutes to sign up again to spam.
