hi, i have been promised a refund by BYTE after purchasing the wrong vip rank and now i do not want just the reservation slot but i have not recieved it, i have also been blocked from commenting in the shoutbox which makes me thing there is something not quite right with this site. as i said in private dms if i do not get the refund by tomorrow i will chargeback.
is busy with work and is inactive btw (according to ), so just talk to or about it.
byte wanted u to pm him about it and not talk about it in shoutbox so that's probably why.

I'm sorry you can't follow simple instructions in answering simple private messages. You were blocked from posting in shoutbox because you were repeating the same thing over and over again and I can't post sensitive transaction information in the public. I offered to chat on Steam but no reply there also.
I was willing to issue a partial refund out of goodwill (everything minus the fee so we don't lose any money) but in this case, you will not be issued a refund under condition 1 of the Terms of Service:
