instead of it saying is staff shouldnt it say Founder like it would be better if you put Founder instead of Staff for you.

Staff is fine.

I don't feel like there is a need for that. All the Staff members are of equal status/rank and form a unified team.
I was thinking of adding a 'Invex History' page though (or thread) which describes the Invex community, who founded it and the key members who contributed over the years.

The only person that needs to be on that history page is B1 for his contribution to fixing water

As byte stated this is how we like it and its going to stay like this for now.
