Recently shit ct's have been giving orders such as : Stay in cells when cell doors open and button freeze
Then waiting till like 11 to let people out to do anything.

i originally thought you had to give them orders to step out of cells for the orders to be valid guess i was wrong, it confuses a lot of t's especially new players when cells are open and everyone is still inside +1
