I'm sure that this has been suggested before but I'd like to see the community's feedback with new ideas I have come up with for these ranks.
First up, forum admin.
Forum Administrator
Forum administrator has accessibility to the forums such as:
- Access to delete, modify, pin (if it's a tutorial) threads in Lounge, Media Lounge, and Offtopic section, this is to clean up the forums from shit posts, unneeded clutter, and advertisers.
- Access to hand out 10% forum warnings for threads stated above.
- Access to delete shoutbox posts.
Forum Head
Forum head has access to:
- Permanently ban advertising forum accounts.
- Handle general abuse reports (NOT abuse reports in-game such Jailbreak, Surf, Aim. We already have those people for the job) such as abuse over forums, etc.
- Handle unban requests (again, not from server related bans).
- Access to normal forum admin threads, along with Forum Games forum (forums get dull time to time, if theres a dead forum games thread the forum head can make a new one based on forum games suggestions thread), and CS:GO General Forum (debatable).
- Access to doing member applications based on communities feedback on the application.
- Able to hand out 30% warning levels.
These ranks help
staff spend more time on making servers better, making the forums a more entertaining place and enticing more users to join Invex.

if they are trustworthy enough and have the potential to be forum administrator why not become one of an actual server? Its like choosing to drink from a can or a cup you still have the one thing, the drink.
Just more slots for people to have authority.

Forum admin's can give 10% warnings, are you implying that they're restricted to give only 10% what happens if its an offender doing multiple things in that one thread can he just continue giving out 10% to the same person? Is it capped at 10%?
Why should forum admin's modify off topic section, media lounge and the normal lounge? there is nothing important there to moderate and people rarely post there and when people do its mostly relevant or a joke towards the subject.
The shoutbox idea is fine you should just give it to all head administrators, they have basically the power of regular admins but can just do a little bit extra like abuse reports and unban threads towards their server, we can make feel a little more important.
^ Same thing about banning spam bots and advertising bots
If the abuse report isn't server related we have Mr Ghooley so he can confirm all the information such as hacking in comp matches.
We don't need to add extra ranks to forums when the headadmin/staff already fill these ranks.

None of the head admins have permissions to what I've listed, besides them doing abuse/unban applications...
what I would think is forum head = head administrator and forum admin = normal server admins apart from giving out warnings possibly

if we get a forum admin rank we may as well get a teamspeak admin rank.
