Changes:
- Fixed bug where regular trails would remain latched onto spectators if they moved to spec (i.e. using !spec) while alive with the trail equipped
- Removed unused plugin 'store_particles.smx'. Was probably used by Rem for testing in the past but particle beams are now handled by WardenTools.
