Changes:

Fixed bug where particle trails would remain latched onto spectators if they moved to spec (i.e. using !spec) while alive with the particle trail equipped
Fixed bug where regular trails would remain latched onto spectators if they moved to spec (i.e. using !spec) while alive with the trail equipped
