Add a shortcut to change your name colour in the new bar thing recently implemented

Well shit there's a bar let's add it. User CP takes 2 buttons to get to but
still added it. Makes your point kinda invalid
user cp has been there the whole time wut
also user cp has a whole lot of other things on it than just name colour

The bar was added and most/all the things in there take 2 seconds to get to. Why not add name colour change since it's used often
How many times have you changed your name colour in the past month? its hardly ever used. I'm sticking with a -1 as I think it will make the bar cluttered.

-1 that bar can be filled with somethings that are more important and harder to get to instead of name colour change.
