Changes:
- Fixed a specific type of server crash which was affecting Combat Surf and Jailbreak (especially Jailbreak).
- Fixed bug where plugin would become unloaded over time randomly causing the 'This plugin is not yet ready' message to pop up.
- Fixed bug where having a Zeus meant you couldn't instantly change your knife.
- Other general cleanup.
