Talent Day Rules - Dinodupper - 20-11-2019 Admins seemed to have mixed opinions on if your allowed to do a talent day with 2 CT's, my suggestion is to make it more clear in the rule as it does not state that it cant be done with two cts only that the warden cant be the sole decider, if not being able to do it with 2 CT's is actually the case I think it should be written in the rule as 3+ cts needed or something CT24: During an opinionated (non-skill based) game such as talent show GUARDS must vote in CT chat for PRISONERS to survive or die. The WARDEN cannot be the sole decider in these games. The WARDENS vote is the decider if there is a tie. RE: Talent Day Rules - Seth - 20-11-2019 its clear idk which ape(s) are going against the rule but if the warden is the decider and there is a tie, yet he/she cant be sole decider its pretty straight forward RE: Talent Day Rules - collector - 20-11-2019 if there are 2 cts the warden is the decider vote like it says in the rules RE: Talent Day Rules - Juck - 20-11-2019 it was probably n8 who said you can do it with 2 cts... I wouldn't listen to that guy about jailbreak rules. RE: Talent Day Rules - Dinodupper - 20-11-2019 Wasnt n8 but not gunna name and shame but I just wanted something to be able to refer to when im told I cant do talent days with 2 CTS RE: Talent Day Rules - Diam0nd - 20-11-2019 The wording of the rule suggests that there has to be a minimum of 3 CTs. "The WARDEN cannot be the sole decider in these games. The WARDENS vote is the decider if there is a tie." A tie implies there has to be 2 CTs OTHER than the warden. If there was only 2 CTs (one of which is the warden), then the warden's vote overrides the other CTs, regardless if there is a tie or not, and if the warden is the sole decider in a game in which Ts live or die, then favouritism comes into play. Here's an abuse report in which talent day was played with only 2 CTs, read it. https://invex.gg/showthread.php?tid=10862 RE: Talent Day Rules - Sleep - 20-11-2019 Either way the wording isn't clear and I suggest a poll to see what the community favours, as well as changing the rule to make it clear either way as to what the rule actually means. RE: Talent Day Rules - Leevie - 20-11-2019 has always been 3cts RE: Talent Day Rules - fluxxx - 20-11-2019 (20-11-2019/08:05 PM)Sleep Wrote: Either way the wording isn't clear and I suggest a poll to see what the community favours, as well as changing the rule to make it clear either way as to what the rule actually means. Wording is clear hello? RE: Talent Day Rules - Jared Fraser - 20-11-2019 It's basically 3 people who have to make the decision, basically to stop the warden killing who he likes. Usually you couldn't have a T who has won a prize do it as they would be vocalising their opinion in all chat and messaging over steam leaves no evidence that the game was done legitimately. I have seen cases where an admin has let a T been the 3rd decider and they used admin chat to vote (as only 2ct's were on) and I mean that's fine as far as I know. The rule is really only there to stop a warden from just picking who dies and 3 ppl is the minimum where they cant do that. If only 2 ct's were on the warden would have that sole decision as the wardens vote is the tiebreaker basically rendering the other ct's vote useless. I personally dont think it needs to be changed |
