Steam Customizer - lilY - 01-03-2016
Check out SteamCustomizer.com - Now you can personalize Steam easily!
This is a great way to customise your steam layout/theme in whatever way you like. Makes my steam look all pretty, very useful and does not take long
Step 1. Design your Steam Theme
Step 2. Download your Style
Step 3. Download the WP7 folder
Step 4. Locate your C: -> Program Files -> Steam -> Skins.
Step 5. Drop your WP7 folder into the Skins folder
Step 6. Drop your mod.styles into the WP7
Step 7. Head to the Interface section of your Steam Settings.
Step 8. Click on the WP7 skin and restart steam, enjoy
Just thought I'd let you guys know, Its pretty neat

ev0 its pretty much the same as metro but you can change the colours
