Rocket League Giveaway (#3) - Bot Invex - 12-05-2016
Invex Gaming is pleased to host another giveaway (officially our 3rd) to give back to our community. We hope to be holding more giveaways and community events to enhance the experience of Invex Members on and off the game servers.
Community event organisers have decided that a 2v2 Rocket League tournament will be held in the future as a community event. As our community is mainly a CS:GO community, we expect that a variety of people will not have the Rocket League game so we are going to be giving away 4 copies of Rocket League!

To enter this giveaway, you must be an Invex Gaming Member (or have a valid member application posted which is later approved) before this thread was made (ie before 10:00PM AEST 12/05/2016).

You may still enter the giveaway if you already own Rocket League however you must nominate another eligible player that will be given the prize if you win. We will be gifting the game to the winner directly rather than trading it with you as we do not want the game resold, we want a community member to play it and hopefully participate in the future Rocket League event night.

How to enter
To enter, simply reply below and tell us in a few sentences a funny or interesting gaming story (Invex related or not) for any game. Also tell us why you think you should win! You can also submit screenshots, graphics, videos, music or anything else that is creative.
If you already own Rocket League, also mention this and who you would give the prize to if you won.
You must also acknowledge that you read the terms and conditions below.

- Invex Gaming Staff Members and Global Administrators are not eligible to win a prize.
- There are a total of 4 copies of Rocket League up for grabs.
- 1 copy is reserved for Senior Members/Veteran Members. The remaining 3 copies can be won by any other eligible player.
- Prizes will be redistributed via the Steam Gifting System or Steam Trading System at a later date. It may take up to 2 weeks for you to receive your prize.
- Unclaimed prizes will be kept by organizers for future giveaways.

My gaming story is about League of Legends. When I was in my promos to gold in season 5 we were attacking the enemy's middle inhibitor, our mid laner (LeBlanc) was warding baron and they were taking it and as soon as she warded I ulted as Jinx and got an Insta Quadra kill and stole baron then LeBlanc jumped in to kill the low he udyr who was left. Not really funny just an epic experience!
PLS I HAVE BEEN DYING TO GET ROCKET LEAGUE. When I first brought a $20 steam card I was stuck between buying csgo and rocket league so it would be pretty sick if I won this!

My story is about being a 12vie cod fag.
Backstory: COD Black Ops 2 had been released this morning and i pre ordered it. Arrived at 6:30am and i played until school started. Now onto the story.
I started playing with my mate as soon as i got home, and at 3am playing zombies i actually got scared when on transit i got cornered in the bus and actually screamed out as i got scared. I heard movement from my mums room so i switched off my screen and pretended to be asleep. Almost got away with it until my mate screamed through the headphones "What the fuck are you doing you thick white cunt!" Safe to say i got my ass beaten.

We were having a roast day on JB with Jacob CC and DE. CC and DE went up and CC started, what CC said was so funny. He said what does DE stand for and Jacob said what then CC said dick entrance and it was so funny. DE then changed his name to dîçk entrance LMAO

Serious one of the funniest gaming experiences I have ever had was on Invex jail break. The night of the intense rap battles on JB_summer aha, Prince destroying some twelve years olds, Some random twelve year old destroying eveyone else. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had and safe to say what made me fell in love with Invex

Okay my story may not contain me, anyway,
It was on the JailBreak Invex server, the map was obama. So the ct's where struggling like usual, and i believe it was highly through the map, roughly 9-0 (ct's where getting obliviated). Anyway it was rare occurrence as CHEF came online, and if you know CHEF , he isn't super active on jailbreak. So Prince as warden i believe, and he was able to round up all the t's that round, sadly i was killed trying to rebel. Anyway, there was one t left, CHEF.
Confidently Prince and others ct's spoke in chat saying stuff that varied between "Yes we are going to win this one" and "We actually won a round, omg"
However CHEF was ready to lr. CHEF chose Shot4Shot and got the first kill, he then did Shot4Shot again, and got the second kill. At this point the momentum was building up. Ct's where starting to get weary and cautious. CHEF continued winning lr, after lr. Someone/A group of players started saying "CHEF is going to win this" and chef didn't fail to seize the t's enjoyment/excitement.
Chef solo'd 1v6 or 1v7 ct's from Shot4Shot. The ct's where left gobsmacked. CHEF came through the winner, after the odds where not in his favour.
The ct's lost 12-0, even with 3-4 of the so called "Best Wardens" :^).
To this day i envy CHEF, and will openly admit was amazingly impressed and hold high respect for CHEF after that event.
Anyway that was my story, CHEF you're a legend.
And why i think i should win this giveaway, is that i have been a helpful player, as well as a role model on the JailBreak server, i try helping newer players out, i make sure everyone is equal. I am also always active on the forums and try to make everything a place where you can have fun and relax. I also watched Trident's edit of him playing rocket league and it looks phenomenal. I wish to be able to experience that much enjoyment, as well as would like to participate in the upcoming rocket league event, as mentioned in the thread.

Anyways for my story -
So..... I remember this one time where LeBlanc actually didn't get banned in HnS. :^) The seekers chose Nidalee and Zilean (I questioned him on Zilean lmao) I was completely fucking with them because I was confident I was gonna win. So I died 3 times to get them started because for fuck knows why reason someone thought of choosing Zilean. And so I then played for real and at about 30 minutes left I died and I was then on my last life. SOO like before I was messing with them on my last life as I figured I could live for 10 minutes. And Nunu had 1 life left as well so in the last two minutes he had gotten chased and managed to escape with very low hp and yeah... So they found me shortly after and I w'd away. And tried to juke them and then Zilean put a timebomb from where I used my w and I recasted it without realizing and I ulted to jump to nunu in the nearby bush and... Zilean nuked us both and we lost lmao.
Oh yeah and sometimes I love to put skittles in a bathtub and pretend I'm Godzilla in a ballpit.
I'm hilarious I laugh at my own jokes so I deserve rocket league :^)

ok so one time I was going to shoot the enemy in a compgame but my teammates jumped infront of me. so I got a collateral kill.i killed my teammate and an enemy. it was great.

once I was playing dust II, it was going pretty well until some guy on my team says into chat "Rush Mid". At first I thought this was pretty strange, but its still not that uncommom. Then he continues and finished his sentence with "It works on inferno" basically our team just froze for a round and burst out laughing for 30 seconds. This was a while ago though.
Keep in mind this is SMFC MM so you would expect people to be knowledgable about the game.

Soo my story is about CSGO MM and who you verse...
In this one game i got 3 derankers who were afk the whole game and i had a decent player to work with. At halftime the score was 10-5 to the enemy team. We didn't give up and kept trying to win the game. Then i realised something. The derankers started moving. But they didnt just move they kept spinning around and at this point i was wondering, wtf are they doing. Then i thought hard and realised that they had spinbot... At the end the score was 16-15 to our team thanks to the cheaters/trolls in our game. I ended up with 15 deaths and 32 kills.
Bit long but yea..
