Vulture report - Pilot Stephan - 17-06-2016
This is in my kindest regards to you vulture, you are an great person, great warden and a fun guy to play with, but this is about your admin rank. Of course I'm in no position for me to say that you should or shouldn't have admin, but I'm simply expressing my opinion which is what I thinks needed, you are an active person, but not an active admin. With what I've seen and a few others that I've mentioned and a few more I forget they can comment themselves, I've seen when the server is literally kaotic that you haven't done anything, I was telling everyone to stop and all you were doing was trying to warden, this happened for a couple maps. When you did finally do something, all you did was try and get your voice over them and it turned into even more mic spam, A few people have said to me that they've seen it also, you are a great person but I have seen it a few times. I think you need a little more time and reapply for admin.
I don't want any roasting in the comment just if you've seen anything extra you'd like to add or not, vulture your a good man but I think personally we should get an replacement and for you to have a break and come back new and improved.

Ownaj I was speaking to byte for an hour last night on teamspeak about it, if he +1 or -1 it I would've made this anyway, I told byte I was last night and he can confirm that, my witnesses are my evidence and I don't think i need his steam ID that's generally for a unknown player and it said leave blank if you don't know, also this is in detail. It's not an abuse report so you can't treat it the same

I agree with the majority of this @stephan, as i've witnessed much of what you said myself. He's a nice person and a good player oft the community, but i feel that he's really immature as he's fairly young. He doesn't enforce rules with punishments, most of the time just mic spams over people telling them to stop. He can be maniuplated easily as he's a young age. - tbh i think their should be an age equirment for admin.
I +1 this as i feel we need a more mature staff team that can handle situations appropriately.

It actually says when applying for admin 15 minimum ( unless we think you're capable) and I think that should only go to 14, thanks for the feedback

I personally believe Vulture is a good admin.
I also would like to point out the fact this post was made one hour after Vulture -1'd your admin application..

Also, how is this abuse? He was simply inactive for the duration of a few days due to the fact he went on a holiday... age isn't everything, he could be a little harsher, but everyone needs to improve tbh.
Report hacking, admin abuse, harassment, rule breaking and other intrusive behavior here. Arhm, it doesn't tick any of the boxes that the definition of the Abuse Report Section suggests, shouldn't these have been taken up with a global + ?

Seth agreed. As this isn't an abuse report according to stephan you should've brought it up to someone privately rsther than making a post in the abuse report section.

Thing is, it was a coincidence. Stephan was on late last night talkting to byte anout vulture. The fact that vulture commented on steph's app that he doesn't enforce rules enough is hypocritical. Vulture is a weak admin imo
Also, he posted in here maybe because he wants other peoples opinions? He's already talked to byte privately about it

I'm very active and have actually never seen vulture do anything wrong yet.
And as Ownaj has said, please provide demos. Especially the one were "he did nothing in a kaotic situation".
