idk if this is already a post but i think that moderators should be implemented into the servers (JB, 1v1, retakes, Surf, ect.) These moderators will only be able to mute, gag and kick players. The point in this is so that if there are no admins on (which happens a lot of the time) then hopefully a mod will. Then these moderators will be able to deal with mic spammers, Jews and everything in between.
Any feedback or suggestions for this would be much appreciated and hopefully this or something similar could be implicated in the near future.

Well, I think that anyone deserving to have the rights of a mod would probably be deserving of the few extra rights of an admin so I don't see a lot of point. Neutral from me

Already been suggested before, got rejected. Personally I think it would be not bad to give to VERY trusted players.

Maybe if an admin gets demoted, (s)he could have moderator to redeem his/her self. (One time of course.)
