jb_clouds_final5 hotcell - jynxx - 08-12-2016
So most people dont know but jb_clouds_final5 does indeed have a hotcell. This is the cell that has a chance of spawning a usps inside of it. People usually say it doesnt have a hotcell but if this was true, jb_spy_vs_spy_beta7 and ba_jail_canyondam_go would have hotcells. Because on Canyondam the bottom right three are possible gun cells like clouds, and also on spy_vs_spy either cell 1 or 7 is a hotcell which means they are possible but not guaranteed hotcells. So therefore clouds does in fact have a hotcell

If the gun is found, it's a hotcell. You can ask them to ass on bars and investigate but if a gun isn't found they don't have to follow special orders anymore.
People just cbf doing it every time since it's only 1/12 and almost never happens

The USP is very rare to spawn thats why people don't care.

So neither of the 2 random spy vs spy vents are hotcells? What about canyon, even less chance than spy vs spy and they're still hotcells
Hot Cell: A cell which contains a primary/secondary weapon, vent, teleporter or other escape mechanism.
If the gun is there it's a hotcell, if there isn't a gun it isn't

Depending on the state of the bannananananananan skin, can you declare it a hotcell even though the gun isn't certain because the skin doesn't allow for a check to occur.
