didn't really fail, i was ready, as well as magikarp. Basically all other admins were unavailable. I guess most admins can't read 3-5 messages on the forums, and reply if they can come or not
Also not to be that guy, but half these questions are not needed, the answer should be pretty clear :3

If people read the rules, and not assume their own rules then it would be different.
Also whenever i did a low grav day and made it a freeday, it was a custom freeday (low grav), so it technically wasn't a normal freeday and i could alter the rules (no rule saying i can't alter custom freeday rules).

n8, this isn't to discuss how we interpret the rules, this is about how we believe the rules should be. If everyone has unanimously changed some minor rules to make them easier/more logical, then aren't they the kind of things we should possibly be discussing changing in the actual rules?

Putting my comments on here, as I'm not sure if others can see my comments on the survey, and i want others to understand my though process towards these rules/possible changes.
Is knifing vents automatically KOS?
No, they can knife vents. Making it auto KOS ruins the fun of rebelling. A warden should be able to say "knifing vents are KOS" or "Hotcells ass on bars", it takes 2 seconds.
Is the statement "guns are KOS" allowed on a freeday?
Yes. If it's a freeday, prisoners will most likely rebel. I'd rather not let people sit behind me w/ a gun.
Can CT's pick up T weapons?
Yes, if i need a gun or want a gun w/ more ammo i will swap guns. I dont really care if it limit's their option to "rebel". If they are that desperate to rebel, then use your knife.
Should interfering in an LR as a T make you KOS/be against the rules (slayable)
Slayable, aint no nonskins gonna interupt me
Is there a hotcell/possible hotcell on clouds?
Yes. There is a chance for a gun. Making it a hotcell. Treat it like the canyon cells, once inspected, it either isn't a hotcell or remains a hotcell. It takes like 3-5 seconds to investigate.
Can a warden initiate a special day on the first normal day (not the first day freeday)
I guess, however it's just boring. You have a freeday then go straight into a warday (using you as an example), like who finds that fun. Half the time i just leave if it's a special day straight away, it's just a waste of time.
Can a T ask for forgiveness if they're not rebelling?
No harm done, it's a simple prank, seriously it isn't that big of a problem. If they purposely delay the round on multiple occasions, then take action. Until then, it's not really an issue.
Can a T rebel in a custom special day?
They can rebel. No rebelling would be boring af and also have the possibility to delay the round.
Can a T use scrollwheel to bhop on a Zombie day/HNS
Wtf, ofc they can use scroll wheel? If autohop gets disabled then it would be easier to see that scroll wheel should be allowed.
Can a T LR on a freeday
I'd let them. Tbh i don't really care tbh. It stops the delaying, so i just allow it.

Ok here's my opinion:
1. Knifing vents = KOS?
No, there's no rule saying it is unless a warden give orders that it is.
2. Guns KOS allowed?
Yes, you have to think of this both ways, it may not be fun for the prisoners not to have guns but it's a lot more useful for the CT's to just check if they have one and move on.
3. CT's pick up T weapons?
Yes, again, it might not be fun for the T's but let's think of this, there's 2 ways for T's to win the round, one of them being rebelling, and the second listening to wardens orders the whole day and playing map games. The CT's job is to stop the prisoners from rebelling, so if they can't remove guns to prevent that, that's just jeopardising the whole round for the CT's if the gun is easy to get to and you can't remove it. Once one rebel happens, many people usually follow on, this is how it works in Jailbreak.
4. Interfering with LR = KOS?
No, it's should be KOS (just my opinion calm down), as I said, there's 2 ways to playing T, rebelling or following rules, why should rebelling (interfering) just be eliminated in LR (in that way)? You could easily say 'OK (insert person who is interfering in LR here) is KOS' and a CT can just come and kill them.
5. Hot cell on clouds?
No (this is just my opinion, sorry n8), I've NEVER had a problem with a gun spawning EVER in a cell, the only real issue is escaping prisoners through climb, which they can hide in invisible box or go to UMP with (but escaping to UMP doesn't classify a cell as a hotcell because the UMP teleporter isn't in the cell, it's above the cell and needs Jetpack to get up to). However many admins have different opinions on this subject and should be addressed on a globals/staff's post.
6. Are you able to initiate a special on second day?
Yes, rule states you have to be willing to warden, you don't have to (however it's best to), I have no idea why a second day special day = not allowed, was even made to begin with, it's not going to stop people from using the rest of the special days in the oncoming rounds.
7. Can a T ask for forgiveness when NOT rebelling?
Yes, full stop.
8. Can you rebel in a custom special day?
No, a custom special day is designed so it's like every other day. For example; hunger games, it's not even possible to rebel in a hunger games, it's the admin tools that keep the day under control, with a custom special day it's suppose to be like hunger games or FFA or TDM, etc. there's no possible way to rebel, it's just with a custom special day the warden makes a new special day with rules which you can't rebel.
9. Scroll wheel allowed on Zombie/HnS day?
Ffs I hate to say it but yes, but people make the 'auto' part of 'auto bhop' way too seriously, auto bhop is the same as bhop besides from a little decrease of momentum, however it's still higher than the normal walking speed which makes the HnS/Zombie Day unfair since you're going faster so they can't catch you.
10. Can a T LR on a free day?
No.
