Request Pardon - Rebeller - Trident - 24-12-2016
The last couple days being on jail break i've noticed a lot of the time. A rebel will ask for come back, However due to the large amounts of talking they do not hear or they can not hear the warden.
A small easier fix could be.
Rebel types !pardon
A menu then pops up for the Warden
(Name) Has request a pardon & Wishes to rejoin prisoners.
1. Pardon
2. Declare KOS
Once the Warden has made his decision it will then Print into all chat.
The warden has Pardon (Name) for rebelling, He is now free to join the prisoners asap.
or
The Warden has declared (name) kos for his rebelling, Guards can shoot on sight.

+1, could be annoying for the warden, and will erase the menu (if they have the warden menu out), however this will benefit t's so much and erase so many freekills.

eh, random people could just spam it even tho they arnt rebelling its a good idea but its gonna get spammed

Just make it so that if you are within X amount of a radius from the "warden" you cannot use the Command.

@phat we can just implement a rule saying "requesting to be forgiven via !pardon, when you havn't commited anything wrong is delaying and action can occur". Also the radius thing wont work, as some times people nearby want to be forgiven and people far away want to be forgiven.
