Cpt Magikarp Admin Abuse. - Dandy - 03-06-2017
Was on Jailbreak earlier.
Was gagged for saying "yuck" 3 times in the chat. Yeah, whatever i accepted it.
Changed my name to "Magi is a good admin" to compliment him for his doing
He claimed it was "sarcasm" even though there is 0 proof. And IF i was sarcastic.... where is that not allowed?
He then constantly changed my name/kicked my name with no warning.
Later told me to change it as it had his name in it.
I then changed my name to "magy is a good admin" Respecting his right.

Not 100% sure if @valence was aware of the situation although he was there.

All I saw was Dandy get muted, Dandy then changed his name to Magi is a good admin, He was warned then kicked and then banned (With the name changes back and forward inbetween) I was too busy getting the cheeky rebeller on surf :^)

From my understanding, it looks like you're trying to use your name in a provocative way straight after getting gagged. He has told you to change your name multiple times and 1 or 2 kicks (according to chat logs) and you changed your name to "Magy" which doesn't have his name in it but it implies it's referring to him, sort of seems like you were acting a little smart (no offence). A 60 minute ban was then placed which is reasonable after warnings, you being renamed and 1-2 kicks.
Anything I missed?

To my understanding a person is banned for breaking the rules i have not broken a single rule in this.
And... its not a provocative name. Its a compliment? What?
