How about last week of NZ holidays? That would probably work best with most people.
Also most NZ players want the time to be put back to 8PM if possible (better for me) but if it's the last week of the holidays that may not matter.

Time doesn't matter as long as it that 2 days. Sunday night normally people busy preparing for school on Monday.
