This isnt a glitch but it can be exploited. It help players that just connected into the server, so they dont get spawn camaped or die straight away specially for maps like rebel and dust.

the point is when people like terminally abuse the plugin it needs to be fixed otherwise it will start happening more frequently and become more annoying
