When I first joined the community I was a bit of a squeaker, and I know even some of the admins were young when they joined. The two largest demographics of people playing jb nowadays are kids under 14, and regulars (or both) and removing one of them would be stupid. Especially if it's someone who is young and mature, which I have met many of. As people like Jared Fraser have said, they are the future of invex. 2 years from now (if invex is still up let's be honest here) they're going to be the admins and the regulars. Most of these kids' balls will drop.
Plus if they're annoying enough they'll just get muted or banned (rip clinky 2017-2018)
Remind me again why I'm doing this and not studying for exams
