I mean you did move, it's in the evidence you gave but fluxxx was being a bit of a Nazi and decided to only kill you instead of you and the Goku next to you.

While you can't hear the whole order, it does sound like "shoulder and button freeze" (which can be implied as 'unstack shoulder to shoulder and button freeze'). You are in TP the whole time and at 8 seconds you are in a good spot. You did not have to move at all. You then shuffled over twice. While minor, fluxxx the ww2 enthusiast that he is, shot you for it. Without demo's it's impossible to see whether he saw you or anyone else move at all so you can't call favoritism.
Side note Adolf Hitler is right, if you adjust your position during a button freeze you can be shot for it. So always make sure no nazi ct's are on when you move or just don't move.

Technically you moved whilst meant to be button frozen. However you where not killed instantly, so i'm assuming your death was related to the comment, a short ct-ban has been issued.
