There isnt a set time because each lr is different, a t might require the ct to be at the location to give the custom rules in some cases. Delaying a term that should be used when it is excessive, purposeful and really obvious. There shouldnt be a set time for this as it really is a case to case basis and setting a time will just lead to ct's killing t's for stupid reasons. If you think someone is delaying/know they are. Before you kill them, let them know that they are delaying, tell them that you will kill them if they don't do something. We shouldn't just be killing people for thinking about what they want to do and not even warning them to hurry up

Most people are right in saying just use common sense, but unfortunately as we are all well aware, a lot of people lack common sense. So instead, just be courteous and ask them before actually commencing the LR, if they understand or if they are good to go. Then if they say yes and then get killed for not understanding, that's on them for being stupid.
