Plugin wise this wont really happen soon.
Players or admins are free to host this if they want to but if you give your credits to another player they can technically keep it so be careful (its not a scam).
There are other priorities for Jailbreak right now such as a new LR system.

Neat idea but time is always an issue.
I'd be happy to host this every month or two via the forum if needed. That way people can buy in and I can remove the credits from their accounts and generate a winner. Promise no scam too !
