Please reinstate the ban, if he makes an appeal you can unban him, (even though I'm positive he was hacking, not just from these clips).

From the evidence provided its very hard to tell tbh, try record demo's rather than shadow play. Like most of these shots don't look that sus. only Reason I could possibly see him as a hacker is how close he holds his crosshair to the wall

CHEF, there is not enough proof to justify a permanent ban at this point.
However, I will monitor this player by looking at logs whenever they join the server.
The admin team have concluded that this is NOT abuse.
