Grom yeah i thought they wheren't kos if they throw a flash or smoke or whatever, but id'e rather be safe than sorry and check with you guys. :3

This is part of the game and won't be getting added.
Others have also mentioned that you can't see who exactly threw it but if you are a rebel (red) then they can see you anyway.
