Okay. Based on the evidence (logs confirm) and how gandalf reacted we can see that there was some harassment and use of words in a derogatory form. Gandalf has received forum warnings for this and has been spoken to so he knows better in the future.
Other concerns are over other players and how they furthered this but it will be dealt with separately.
If any one has an issue with discrimination you can talk to admins in game by typing in team chat and saying @hey I find {something} extremely offensive. Can you please ask them to stop.
If it continues, make an abuse report like this or talk to a Global Admin to help you.
