Lol Soona, it's kinda true though. If it was all nice and no fights it would be boring af.
If this is put in I think that normal admins should have the ability or trusted members that staff choose.

Read first post, skimmed the rest.
Basically globals are the ones who have the abilities to do whats mentioned. Stuff won't be done straight away, but we should react to it swiftly enough that this isn't necessary. Also server admins posses some of the necessary functions within their respective forum categories.
