+1, while I don't entirely support the 1 special day per 2-3 days, I really do think special days need to be reworked. Although I think the cap to the limit of the amount of same special days should be higher than 1, because we would end up playing certain special days that aren't very popular/liked.

-1 Who tf cares if we have 3 special days in a row? Deal with it and play the game rather than having a cry about it. There's only 3 (or 4... pre' sure it's 3) and it shouldn't matter when/in what order they are done.
