I've also suggested this in the admin section a long time ago. Basically it comes down to this; if the players are trusted enough to have these powers, then they should have no problem going for admin anyway. We have a lot of admins already, you can't expect one to be on every second of every day. It would just create more work for the higher ups. If you think you deserve to be a "moderator" then apply for admin, simple as that.
