all steam.design is crop your fucking background image

its not hard to add gifs to images

Not to bust the fun, but 98% of the backgrounds you see are over used and copied from hundreds of templates, if you want to have a nice profile be original and take your time finding a background that suits you and a style that is your own. examples:
