Muffin I don't mind elevator camping as long as They are not delaying, I do however believe that the telecamping rules need to be elaborated on and improved though

I agree with what @'TheZyster' said, elevator camping isn't really unfair but I understand it can get annoying but for telecamping would could go into more detail because the rules are really basic and need elaborating.

asriel Vinyl It's pretty easy to tell if someone is obviously blu-taking though it's really quite hard to tell if it's borderline. I for one do not use blu-tak anymore (same opinion as vinyl) though some people think I do and will call me out on some nutty noscopes, this may lead to me getting a punishment unfairly. The ability to know where the center of your screen without using blu-tak comes from experience, and I believe that people with this feeling for where the center of their screen is, will be negatively impacted by this rule.

Yeah, although you can get a crosshair (sort of) from console which puts a rectangle around where your crosshair should be
