Last time it happened was yesterday 5:01 on player: Flicka via Basecomms native, also the other thousands of times before that.

I might be wrong but I'm pretty sure the console things are just people trying to talk over warden and them getting temp muted?

It's for the whole map until someone reconnects, it might actually be Basecomms muting the person when they talk when priority is on, but then failing to unmute the person?

It use to occur to me whilst on ct. And the priority speaker allows ct's to talk, so...

Also i haven't had a problem with it as of recently.

I've never seen it mute a ct. It occurs when more than 1 person trys to talk over warden when PS is on. I think its because it cant hold more than one target? So like for example;

N8 turns on ps,
Magi trys to talk (basecomms temp mute)
Forgotten trys to talk (basecomms temp mute)
Forgotten stops talking (basecomms unmute)
Magi stops talking (basecomms forgot about magi)

Either that or it just enjoys muting people till reconnect

This is it exactly.

It was caused by someone talking/hotmicing the same second that priority speaker was turned off/on by Warden/Admin.
This would cause them to never get unmuted again (until rejoining the server).

This issue was just fixed in latest wardens tools update:

Please keep in mind this may be unrelated to new CONSOLE muting everyone bug that has just recently popped up.
