Nah but seriously teamspeak has better permission setups and better voice quality and configuration. Personally I've had alot of trouble with discord not working properly, so we'll be sticking with teampseak for the time being.

I voted for discord because I like some stuff but I have changed to TS3

Basically what Luke Said. Teamspeak allows us to control permissions and settings etc a lot better than Discord does, I use discord but mainly for Friends and some ex-members (Mav).
