Yea Squidward is right. I've seen the USP in it. It is indeed a hotcell When the usp spawns in it.

Please don't bring old topics up, people are already over this. Also imo if you cant guarantee that it is a hotcell then it isnt one also everyone can escape from jailbreak except solitary and vip cell but does that make all of them hotcells? @"TNK7"

Not sure why this is brought up again, but it is clearly a hot cell as a gun can spawn there. Just like how all possible gun cells on canyondam are hot cells and the two vent cells on spy v spy, as stated previously. Most wardens don't bother with it just because its a very small spawn chance.
