-1 moderators aren't needed, if they are trusted with those perms they might as well be admin. We need more admins IMO, not another rank.

@"KinqqG (sole)" would make it easier for staff and globals so they don't have to sift through all the abuse reports when they can have well trusted invex members enforcing the smaller rule breaks. Obviously any major incidents should only be dealt with by the administrative team
