No. Your current card runs off a PCIe 2.0 x16. The 750ti needs a PCIe 3.0 x16.
You would need a new motherboard. Unless your motherboard has a 3.0 and its just running a 2.0 graphics card.

lol no, a 3.0 gpu will go in a 2.0 slot just fine. You'll probably only have a absolute minute (pronounced "my nute" for anyone struggling) performance drop
