Flash (ct) playermodel/skin isnt affected by this bug.

Also with zero (surf) there's these weird black lines coming from it when I have gloves

Pushed a patch.

Changes:

Gloves now invisible in third person mode on all servers except 1v1 (as 1v1 doesnt use custom models)
Spectating still works

Downside is you can't see them in third person view which isn't too much of an issue as as they don't mesh well with many skins.
However, I am still looking for a proper fix (editing old models) but I will now close this as solved.
