+1 don't know what everyone else is talking about? Whenever I'm on he constantly enforces rules he has made a bunch of successful abuse reports, literally no life's jailbreak, is friendly and helpful to new players. Also I was going to personally ask him to go for admin but he had already gotten a recco from @"Cpt. Magikarp"

Neutral. Great guy, decently active, but don't really see you enforce rules, and you don't really speak that much while on the server, not too sure how you'd go controlling 20+ people. <3
