Neutral, there's obviously something going wrong if it's your third(?) day back and 2 abuse reports up, you're a friendly dude (to me) but as I said in the 'Ban Dingo' thread you seem to provoke people to abuse, etc.

Most admins have -1 you, as many can tell you obviously didn't take your ban seriously. Maybe take their opinions into consideration before making another application.
