Head Admins are only head admins for one server if I`m not mistaken and they do not have admin privileges on other invex servers?

Forgotten I think they have the same perms as G-Admin though only for that server. As you know Byte and the other staff make the decision (I think) on whether the application gets accepted or not. Not the G-Admin that put it under review.

No, all admin applications will still be handled by staff.
