Being rewarded for contributions is nice and we appreciate suggestions but making suggestions is the easy part.
For example, Killemz suggested we rework the !RW plugin to add various features. It only took him 5 minutes to post about the suggestion.
The actual plugin development, plugin writing, testing etc took many many hours and a lot of effort from many people to test including Masta, Squidward, Forgotten, jynxx etc etc.
Finally there was a crash bug/exploit in the plugin as well and tracking the cause was nearly impossible until @"Cpt. Magikarp" found out it was related to him dropping his P250 which led to a fix.
This is why making suggestions is helpful but isn't a huge contribution.
