I used to do it and it just pissed people off so they talked shit called me abusive and other admins choose not to do it so they don't make enemies lol.

+1 the rule that the cells must be opened by x time is so that everyone can be let out to have a chance of surviving the day, cutting down the amount of players before you have actually gotten to do something is kinda stupid. Something like a lava day i guess it ok but putting people outside of their cell and back in is kinda dumb.

Current relevant rules:
CT7: GUARDS must wait a total of 5 seconds for PRISONERS to exit their cells before killing PRISONERS still in cells.
CT18: GUARDS cannot give special orders to PRISONERS in their cells before they're open unless they are in a hot cell.
We can either modify these rules (probably CT18) somehow or add a new one?
CTXX: GUARDS cannot keep prisoners inside cells once cell doors are open.
