-1 stops people in their tracks when you post the right rule into chat. I've had to ban players abusing this command but its not a hassle.

I can see where you are coming from but it is helpful to keep. as then it is easy to see the rules instead of going into who knows where to find the rules lol.

My suggestion got rejected because there was an open thread on the same topic.
I think that the rule CT36 should be put into a number of separate sections, the command would be used like this; "!rule ct36a" and etc. This would help admins a tonne and would stop Cpt. Abuse Report from complaining xd (ily Ownaj )

Rejected.
Players actually use the !rule command.
Admins can instantly see who used what command in console so they can punish those who misuse command or spam.
