I disagree because then you get people like @Forgotten who forcefully make players join and add them as referals as he's done before (refer to yesterday). Refering players shouldn't be about reward it should be about fun.

Neutral, maybe if you refer someone then they buy perm maybe you get like an award or something. Not anything big. Idk, I think this idea could develop further but for now just a Neutral.

Maybe if one of your referral s buys perm maybe if ur a non bip u get 24 hours of vip as a reward for reffering them. Nothing big so maybe it could work a little

So to keep things simple, I have a planned referral system which will be very basic.
I don't think relying on referrals donating is a good idea.
Just being active (i.e. reaching a certain post count) is a good idea.
My thought is something like:
- Refer 5 people who post an introduction thread and reach 10 posts
