neutral/+1 from what i have seen he's a very friendly player on jb, dont think he break rules much, all i know is his accidental mass free killing, but im not sure about others because i barely on jb lately, do needs to be more active on forums but i dont think being less active on the forum can be a huge impact on his admin app.

I see you as a good candidate for the future, you're very active, but as of right now you seem too quiet/don't enforce rules regularly. The only other thing you can really work on is forum activity. I suggest you reapply in the future.
