+1 Too many people rush planting and camping with like negevs and shit.

Plugin is now active again.
It currently gives the bomb to a player every third round (ie rounds 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15).
Please report any bugs!
Also bomb objective is removed as a result of this plugin for every other round.
