Few things:
The PT is questionable as many players with 1000+ pt are still not the greatest at wardening or even being a guard.
You need a clear and proper mic to CT away,
Having to have a forum account will destroy our playerbase (for guards) as many players just play to have fun and don't want to deal with forums/whatnot
